The experience begins with a visit to a local supermarket to shop for ingredients. Browsing unique regional products found only in local stores is part of the fun.
Using seasonal ingredients, you will prepare three dishes, including a local favorite, eggplant with miso wrapped in shiso leaves.
After cooking, enjoy your meal together at the table with the instructor.
Instruction is available in Japanese and Chinese.
